My comments:<\/em> I need to confess – as much as I love this brand, I haven’t bought this toner till now. But the small cute bottles are just so ideal for traveling with hand luggage. Therefore I finally bought it:) It is not really water-y although the name states it. This hydrating toner is thicker, and is more of a gel-type. And a little goes long way. It has a gorgeous light, herb-flowery scent as all the Sulwasoo products. I think I will pass buying the full size version as there is plenty of toner in this small bottle.
